Location: Situated 5 km from Kataragama town and just 1 km from the Yala National Park. It is named after the Kema (water hole) that the resort is adjacent to and which is a popular gathering place for the various species of birds that inhabit the area. It lies only 200 metres away from the Kotchipathana Lake which is another excellent spot for bird enthusiasts.

Accommodation: The bungalow consists of an 8 bed outdoor sleeping facility in the enclosed verandah area together with a double bedroom indoors. The minimalist décor and wooden furnishing creates the perfect ambience for a wildlife holiday but does not compromise on comfort.
